Khana khane Ka Tarika-Bhojan Kab Kaise Khaye-Rajiv Dixit


Jab aap Bhojan kare -To Bhojan ka samay nischint kare.Khane ka sahi niyam jane aur Nirogi Rahe.
Aisa nahi ki kabhi bhi ,kucch bhi kha liya. Hamara ye jo sharir hai, ye kabhi bhi kucch bhi kha lene ke liye nahi hai.

Iss sharir me jathar hai- Usme agni pradipt hoti hai. Toh Vagabhatt Ji kehte hai ki jab Jathar me agni sabse jyada tivra ho, Ussi samay bhojan kare to aapka khaya hua ek-ek anna ka hissa pachan me jayega aur ras me badlega. Aur ras me se, mans -massa ,raqt,wir,mal-mutra aur aapka vikash hoga.

JATHAR AGNI KAUN SE SAMAY SABSE JYADA TIVRA HOTI HAI?

Wo kehte hai ki , surya ke uday se lagbhag agle 2.5 ghante tak jathar agni sabse jyada tivra hoti hai.
Sambhav ho to subah  9:30  baje ke ander bhojan kare.

Ye bhi jane:-

*Pani piye aur bimari se bache

*Pressure cooker me khane se nuksan

KAB KITNA BHOJAN KARE

Subah ka bhojan sabse jyada kare.
Dopahar ka khana 1/3 kam subah se.
Raat ka khana 1/3 kam dopahar se.



Example me:-
Yahi aap subah me 6 roti khate hai.
To dopahar me 4 roti khaye.
Aur raat me 2 roti khaye.

Jo bhojan aapko sabse jyada pasand ho wah subah me khaye.

Bhojan kare to pet to bhare hi, Mann bhi tript ho. Iske liye savere ka samay sabse aacha hai.

Nasta kam khaye ,Ye Angrejon ke liye hai. Kyunki wahan surya bohot der se nikalti hai. Jathar agni subah me jyada pradipt nahi hoti.

SAAM KA BHOJAN

Deepak ka example:- Jaise deepak ki roshni suruwat me tivra hoti hai, aur bujhte samay bhi tivra ho jati hai. Ussi tarah Jathar agni bhi saam me surya dubte samay tivra hoti hai.

Ho sake to suraj dubne se 40 minute pehle bhojan kar le.

RAAT KE LIYE- Raat me aap dudh pi sakte hai. Jo raat me enzyme ko pachati hai.

2 WIRUDDH CHIJEN NAA KHAYE

Jab bhi aap bhojan khaye- To har samay yah baat ka dhyan rakhe ki 2 wiruddh chijen ek sath kabhi naa khaye.

Jaise:-
1.Pyaj aur Dudh ( Jani dusman )
2. Kathal aur dudh
3. dudh aur citric acid (jaise santara,mussami,angur)
4. Shahad aur ghee ( kharab jeher)
5. dahi aur urat ki daal. (urat daal ki dahi bada naa khaye.)
Aise lagbhag 103 chijen hai, jo ek dusre ki wirodhi hai, jani dusman hai.




JAMIN ME BETHKAR KHAYE

Khana aap jab bhi khaye to jamin me bethkar khaye.
AISA KYU

Per mod kar(sukh-aasan)- Iss awastha me khane se Jathar sabse jyada tivra hota hai.
Bhojan ka thali jamin se thoda upar rakhkar khaye.

KHANE KE BAAD WISHRAM KARE

Dopahar ,Subah khane par , khate hi wishram kare. 20 minute tak jarur wishram kare.

TARIKA :- Wishram karte samay baya hath niche aur dayan hath upar (wam khursi awastha). Yadi baad me nind aati hai to jarur isse le le.

AISA KYU:-
Khana khate hi blood pressure badhta hai aur brain ko jyada pressure bardast nahi hota . To jhapki aayegi, to nind le le.

SAAM ME WISHRAM NAA KARE

Saam me bhojan ke baad 2 ghante tak wishram naa kare.
DUSRA UPAY

Yadi aap kisi karan se ye niyam palan nahi kar paa rahe hai. to 10 minute bajra aasan jarur kare.
Yah ek hi aasan hai , Jo bhojan ke baad hoti hai.Gandhi Ji bajra aasan hi karte the.

KHATE SAMAY KYA KARE

Khana khate samay aapke chitt aur mann dono sant hone chahiye.Chahe aap ishwar ki prathna kare ya bhajan kare jaise bhi.

SONE KE SAMAY DISHA KO JANE:-

Jab bhi aap wishram le- To disha ka dhyan jarur rakhe.
1. Shir -Surya ki disha ki tarah honi chahiye-yani purab me.
2. Ya Dakshin Me.

Uttar me disha karke kabhi naa soye.

Prithvi aur Sharir ke bich grutwa-aakarshan kaam karta hai ,jo sabhi jante hai.
Aapka sharir ka shir -Uttar ke taraf hai.
Aur per - Dakshin ke taraf hai.

Aap yadi Uttar ke taraf shir karke so gaye to force of repulsion kaam karta hai. ( Pratikarshan bal).
To isse aapke sharir me pressure aayega, To blood ko bhi pressure aayega. Nind aayegi hi nahi.

Ab iska ulta kare to force of attraction kaam karega. - Aapko khinchaw hoga to phir aapko relax aa jayegi.
