CHIKITSA- MASIK DHARM THIK KARE
10 gm amle ka churn(आँवले का चूर्ण ), 10 gm rasanjan churn(रसांजन चूर्ण ), 10 gm haritki churn(हरीतकी चूर्ण ), ek sath milakar rojana iss mishran ka 5 gm bhag chawal ke pani ya 1 chammach madhu ke sath khaye.
*NOTE- Ye sabhi chijen (saman): aapko kisi bhi aayurvedic store se mil jayegi
* Garam aur uttejak padarth ka sevan naa kare, roj subah 2 chammach durwa ka ras pina labhdayak hoga.

Sharir me raqt ki kami ke karan kam raj-shraw hi iss rog ka lakshan hai.
* CHIKITSA- 10 gm hing (हींग ), 10 gm sonth churn(सोंठ चूर्ण ), 10 gm yooswoor (यूसवूर ), ko pani ke sath aachi tarah milaye. Phir iski choti-choti goli banakar dhup me sukha le. Rojana ek goli pani ke sath subah ke samay nigal le.

Swasth thik rehne par mahilaye har 28 din ke ander par masik dharm se gujarti hai. Niyamit samay par yah straw na hokar samay se bahut pehle ho jata, ya 2-4 mahine band rehne ke baad achanak raj-shraw ho jana, ya aniyamit samay par bahut adhik straw hona hi iss bimari ke pramukh lakshan hai.
* CHIKITSA- 2-3 jawa ful ki kali (जवा फूल की कली ) , ko pani me piskar, purane ikh ke gud (ईख के गुड ) ke sath ,masik dharm ke kuch din pehle se subah ke samay khaye.
* Pustikar aur vitamin yukt khagya padarth khaye.
