SARDI KHANSI THIK KARE AYURVEDA DWARA


LAKSHAN- Nak se pani behna,chink, gale ka khans-khas karna, jor se khansi, hath per ya sharir me dard, chati me dard aadi iss bimari ke pradhan lakshan hai. Thanda ya thande se garm me jana, iss bimari ka karan hai.

CHIKITSA- 

10 gm wasak patta(वासक पत्ता ), 10 gm tulsi manjri(तुलसी मंजरी  ), 250 gm pani me ubale. Jab pani 100 gm rahe to utaren. Isse chan le. Ab pani me 4 chammach shahad(शहद ) milakar din me 2 baar karke 5 din tak piye.

2. Wasak patta(वासक पत्ता  ) ka 4 gm, adrak 3 gm(अदरक  ), tej patta 3 gm(तेज पत्ता  ), pipal bij 3 kap pani me ubalen(पीपल बीज  ). Ek kap hone par utare. Iss pani ko chai ki tarah din me 2 baar karke 5 din piye.

3. Bacchon ki khansi ke liye- 100 gm gajar ka ras(गाजर  ), 50 gm mishri(मिश्री  ), 10 gm wasak patta ka ras(वासक पत्ता ), 10 gm tulsi manjri(तुलसी मंजरी) ek sath piskar ras nikalkar garm kare, jam jane par utare. Thanda karke sisi me rakhen . Yah din me 3 baar rogi ko pilaye. Harek bar 1 chammach ras me thodi se kalimirch(काली मिर्च ) milakar pilaye. Yah 15 din tak piye.

Note- Pustikar aur halka bhojan khaye.

KHANSI KE LIYE GHARELU ILAJ

1. Mulethi, kattha, gond,aur babul sabhi ke 10 gm lekar, isse piskar kapde se chan le. 
Adrak ka ras aawashyakta anusar banaye aur pise hue  ko adrak ke ras me 2-3 ghanton ke liye daal de.
Ab iske choti-choti goliyan bana le aur chuste rahe. Yah khansi ke liye turant rahat deti hai.

2. 10-15 tulsi ke patta  aur 5-6 kali mirch ki chay banakar pine se khansi, jukam aur bukhar aadi, thik ho jata hai.

3. Adrak ka ras aur sahad 10-10 gm barabar milakar ,garm karke chatne se khansi thik ho jati hai.



 KHANSI KO JAD SE THIK KARE

*Mulethi, kali mirch 10-10 gm bhunkar ,pis le ,aur 30 gm  gud me mila de. Iski choti -choti goliya banakar pani ke sath khaye. Khansi jad se thik ho jayegi.

PURANI KHANSI KO THIK KARE

*Aawle ke chilke ko sukhakar ,churn bana le ,aur awashyakta anusar mishri mila de.
Isse lagbhag 6 gm pani ke sath khaye. Iss se purani se purani khansi thik ho jati hai.

SHARDI KO THIK KARE

* 6 gm adrak ke barik tukde kare, 2 gm mirch ko kunt le, phir 20 gm gud milakar , 250 gm pani me ubale. 1/4 pani rehne par isse uttar de. Aur 3-4 din isse piye. Shardi thik ho jayegi.
